Spotlight Athlete Sean Naramore

CrossFit Eagle River had the pleasure of sitting down to chat with Seanb Naramore (the “b” is silent, Seanb assures us), our newest Spotlight Athlete. Sean joined our gym in June of 2017 and has undergone an incredible weight loss transformation. Sean has also gained muscle mass and definition, and become a central part of our community.

We asked Sean the hard-hitting fitness questions. Here’s a partial transcript of our interview:

CFER: What is your favorite recipe?

SN: I don’t think I have a favorite. I guess anything taco or burrito!

CFER: What is your favorite CrossFit workout or lift?

SN: Whatever Mike picks for that day.

CFER: What do you like most about working out at CrossFit Eagle River?

SN: I like CFER because of the people.

CFER: What is your biggest CrossFit achievement to date, or your proudest moment?

SN: Everyday when I get up and see that I’m getting more fit, that progress makes me proud. I have lost a little over 30 lbs in 6 weeks.

CFER: What has impacted you the most at CFER?

SN: Oh, the people. They’re all such positive people!

Sean has shown so much dedication and persistence over the last year. We are proud to have him in the CFER family, and can’t wait to see him continue to progress. Not only has Sean seen incredible transformation for himself, but his positive attitude and sense of humor has elevated those around him.
