What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a form of functional training, using high intensity, variable movements. At CrossFit Eagle River, functional fitness is a way of life, a community, and a means to reach elite levels of athleticism. Our program combines the most effective training methods, including Functional Bodybuilding, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. CrossFit provides a strength and conditioning regimen that works with a wide range of tools, which means you’ll never run out of fun and challenging ways to build longevity and strength at our gym!
CFER offers strength training and conditioning in a community environment. Every athlete willing to work hard, from the beginner to advanced, will thrive at CrossFit Eagle River.

As a CrossFit gym, our training goals are to produce real, measurable results for fitness and weight loss. We help our members achieve these goals by holding them to the highest levels of personal accountability. We promote healthy movements by teaching form and modality, and we never, ever give up.

We train intensely, which creates a bond between our coaches and members that can’t be faked or replicated. When you come to our gym, we will sweat together, we will bleed together, and we will expose our weaknesses together. Through this, we become stronger together.
