LIFT-Longevity in Functional Training is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, athletes, and teams to reach healthy levels of fitness with constantly varied functional movements executed intelligently and with a high level of intensity. Our training methods and goals are to produce real, measurable results for fitness, strength and weight loss.
Our program combines the most effective training methods, including Functional Bodybuilding, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. We promote healthy active lifestyle by teaching proper form, consistency and then intensity. Fitness for longevity and sustainability. With our training methods, there isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills. Which means you’ll never run out of fun and challenging ways to build strength and fitness at our gym!
At LIFT- Home of CrossFit Eagle River we train incredibly hard; harder than most thought they were capable of. A gym where you’ll break down barriers and define new limits you never thought possible. We train intensely, which creates a bond between our coaches and members that can’t be faked or replicated. At LIFT there are no ego’s, no room for bad attitudes. We are supportive, we are strong, and we are committed in creating an excellent member experience. Together we lift, we sweat, we laugh and we push each other.
